What permits are required for my project?

Each project requires different permits depending on its subject matter, methodology, location, etc.  Examples of permits can include: research visas, approvals from Internal Review Boards and/or Ethics Committees, Human Subjects Approvals, Animal Care and Use approvals, government clearances, excavation permits, letters of affiliation, permission from the scientific, academic, museum, or tribal authorities involved in oversight of your research area. Please note, we also require a copy of appropriate local permissions which may include a letter of affiliation and/or research visas, from within the country where the research is taking place,
