I am currently a Dissertation Fieldwork Grantee nearing completion of my doctorate. Can I apply for a Post-Ph.D. Research Grant? Can I apply for a Hunt Postdostoral Fellowship?

You may apply for a Post-Ph.D. Research Grant if you have completed the reporting requirements for your Dissertation Fieldwork Grant and are close to completing your doctorate or equivalent degree; however, the grant cannot be awarded until the degree is completed. You cannot apply for a Hunt Postdoctoral Fellowship until you have your doctorate in-hand.
