Reporting on your Fellowship
Reporting Requirements
- Final Report summarizing the work carried out during the grant period; please also list the title(s) of the work(s) and the dates of expected publication(s), maximum three pages
- Abstract of the Final Report for the Foundation’s website, maximum 200 words, written in a style that is clearly understandable to a non-specialist
We do not require interim or progress reports.
Final Reports can be prepared in formats compatible with Microsoft Office 2010, or as PDFs, and submitted as e-mail attachments to Programs Administrator, Mark Ropelewski [mropelewski(at)wennergren.org}.
Hunt Fellows are notified via e-mail when their Final Reports are received and their grants are completed. If a notification of completion is not received within a week, please contact the Foundation to check on the grant's status. Please be sure to update all contact information (mailing address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail, etc.) when the Final Reports are sent.
Please note: it is also expected that you will send us a copy of the work funded by this fellowship, after publication. This is seperate from your Final Reports.
