Conference and Workshop organizers are responsible for providing the Wenner-Gren Foundation with the following items within three months of the meeting:
- Final Report. A report of one or two pages should be submitted, describing the goals, proceedings, and results of the conference or workshop. The report should include the title, dates, location, organizer(s), and sponsors (if applicable). Please append a copy of the program, a final list of participants with their affiliations and mailing addresses, and a list of papers presented (titles only).
- Abstract: Please submit an abstract or summary of the Final Report (200 words) for publication on the Foundation’s website.
- Financial Accounting. The statement should itemize the US dollar amounts expended for each budget category as described in the original application and should represent Wenner-Gren funds only. Do not submit receipts. The organizer's signature is required on the financial accounting. (A Sample Accounting is posted below.)
