Presentation: "Cultural Transmission as a Niche Construction Dynamic: Growing Up Homo sapiens in the Anthropocene"

Greg is trained as a cultural anthropologist (U Chicago 1998), but has increasingly worked on biocultural modifications to the body and nervous system resulting from skill acquisition.  He has written extensively on capoeira (an Afro-Brazilian martial art and dance) and mixed martial arts ('no-holds-barred' or 'cage fighting').  Greg also writes extensively at the weblog PLOS Neuroanthropology.
