Institutional Development Grants are intended to encourage the development of world-class doctoral programs in anthropology. Grants are for $25,000 per year and are renewable for a total of five years for a maximum of $125,000. Institutions must be located in countries where anthropology is under-represented and where there are limited resources to support the discipline.
